Where we work

Being local matters more in this work than it might sound. It means knowing which bus route actually gets someone to their job, which LIDDA covers which county, and how long it really takes to cross Austin at five o’clock. It means our teams are not spending their day in traffic instead of with the people they support.

We work across the Greater Austin area and the surrounding communities in Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bastrop counties. If you are just outside the areas listed here, still ask. The boundary is about whether we can staff a service reliably, not about lines on a map.
